Venue

GAMES WIS is a residential school. Canteen and lodging services will be granted throughout the schedule by the IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca at the San Francesco Complex, which is also the location for Lucca Comics & Games’ Japan Town. The residential aspect, in line with the campus model of the IMT School, is a strategic element for the creation of a fruitful study, discussion and experimental experience.

All the facilities are provided with Wi-Fi.

  • car: from Florence (1h), Rome (4h), Milan (3h)
  • plane: Pisa Airport (½h by train, ½h by taxi), Florence Airport (1h by taxi, 1h30m by train, 1h45m by bus)
  • train: Lucca Train Station is connected to Pisa, Viareggio, Montecatini, Pistoia, Florence
